Live chat conversations: the messages you send through our live chat, together with any name and email address you choose to provide and your IP address. Conversations are stored on our own self-hosted chat server.

Cookie preferences: your consent choice is stored locally in your browser.

Analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Tag Manager may collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, referral source, and device type.

We use the data you provide through our live chat solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential collaboration. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Google Tag Manager: used for analytics, only activated when you consent to analytics cookies.

Gravatar: team member avatars are loaded from Gravatar based on email hashes. Gravatar may log your IP address when images are requested.

Live chat (Chatwoot): our live chat runs on a self-hosted instance on our own infrastructure. Conversation data is not shared with any third party; we are notified of new messages only through our own Chatwoot apps connected to that backend.

We use a cookie consent banner that lets you choose which cookies to accept. Essential cookies required for the site to function are always active. Analytics cookies (Google Tag Manager) and the preference cookies used by our live chat are only loaded with your explicit consent.

Live chat conversations are retained indefinitely on our self-hosted chat server so we can keep a support history and continue the conversation. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
